All of our shareholders were previously with "Big 5" public accounting firms and, as a result of this experience, provide our clients with a multitude of services and expertise. We offer efficient audit and tax services, in addition to outstanding business-oriented accounting, consulting, and operational advice. But we do more than just crunch numberswe are actively involved in providing advice to our clients. We are a member of the SEC Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a member, we undergo a rigorous review by other CPAs, who then render a report on the results of that review. We have received unqualified "clean" opinions in each of our peer reviews.
